All bikes are shipped 85% pre-assembled in a secure, reinforced box. You will only need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and seatpost using the included toolkit.

We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return your bike in its original packaging for a full refund, provided it is in 'like-new' condition.
Do your bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, every bike frame is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, while components and parts are covered for a period of two years.
How do I choose the correct frame size?
We provide a detailed size guide on each product page based on your height and inseam measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for more stability.

When will my order ship?
